Do you hear that sound? It’s the sound of a kabillion Twi-hards weeping sparkly tears as Breaking Dawn: Part 2 opens late tonight and the Twilight Saga comes to a close. And that sound behind the weeping? It’s the sound of their (mostly) boyfriends and husbands cheering the demise of Team Edward and Team Jacob.
The Twilight Saga is so much a part of the pop-cultural landscape it’s hard to imagine what can possibly fill the void in our hearts and our Tumblrs once it’s over. It’s been a rollercoaster ride of brooding, bad wigs, longing looks and speculation.
