"It looked like it was from a horror flick. I couldn't believe it." That was what one eyewitness had to say about the terrifying incident in New York City.
A woman was struck by a giant buzzsaw that was being used to cut up a Manhattan street by a city sub-contractor Tuesday morning. The 3 foot saw broke loose from its machinery, tore up the sidewalk, traveling nearly 100 feet through a crowd before taking out the female pedestrian. Miraculously, she was not seriously injured but did need to be taken to a nearby hospital to have her wounds tended to.
It was all captured on the security cameras of local businesses. Check out the amazing footage below:
